Fercometal, SL is a family business, started in the mid-sixties by Don Federico Rodriguez Suarez and continued now for us, their children Frederick and Ferdinand, dedicated to buying wholesale non-ferrous scrap in Spain.
Our facilities are located in an industrial estate in the town of Picayune - Valencia, which is about two kilometers from the city of Valencia on the south-east exit, which connects this town with the town of Torrent.

Sales of scrap:

A) NATIONAL

C) THIRD COUNTRIES 1) All our items will be accompanied by all the above plus any other documents necessary for the import of our materials in the country of destination. OTHER COUNTRIES In this case the documents that we will required would be the same one required by the custom agents to import the materials. SELL REGIMEN SPANISH SUPPLIERS 1. After agreement wit our customer an internal contract will be send by Fax in which you will find these following ; - Number of contract. - Material to be delivered. - Quantity to be delivered (+,-,5%) - Delivery time. - Price. - Conditions - Terms The buyer shall undertake within 4 working days of reception, to re-Fax the contract filled upand signed in assortment with conditions and terms reflected in the contract. 2. With the delivery of merchandise a delivey note will be send in which you will find these following; - Identification of our company. - Delivery note number. - Ticket of our balance with weight in Kg. - Classification of the scrap in the origin. - Number of contract. - Your internal number of order and your internal statistical number for the goods if it is required. 3. Invoice in which you will find the following; - Number of contract - Number of your internal order and internal statistical number if it would be requied. - Quantity delivered an accepted. - Day and conditions of payment. - Material delivered. - Price. - Total amount of the invoice. C.E.E. COUNTRIES 1. All our deliveries will be send with all the documents above explained, adding these following; a. The international delivery note (CMR or similar). b. Forwarding Document (Art. 11. - Reg. CEE 259/93) c. Our invoice will reflect origin country and alo the statistical Europen number of goods delivered. OTHER COUNTRIES In this case the documents that we will send will be the required by the custom agents to import these materials plus the documents required by the purchaser in agreement with our company such us bill of lading, clean on board stamp, quantity & quality certificate, certificate of origin, etc. . PRODUCTS RECEPTION We will accept all those products in packets or loose form that could be carried by lorry and handled by the machinery we have. Products which by their own physical characteristics are difficult to manage or work could be sent according to a previous agreement of the two parts. In case that you don't have the ideal means for the shipment of the products, it could be negotiated in terms of price and carried out by cars owned by FERCOMETAL, S. L. (only for Spain and some European countries). Our time for reception of merchandise is from Monday to Friday from 8 :00 to 18 :00. Once the product has been receipt, our staff will inspect it emitting a resolution with ; quantities, possibly difficulties and classification according to this manual and the internal rules of the reception of the raw materials. The time for the emission of the resolution will be 24 hours from the reception of the merchandising. This will be communicated to the supplier with the corresponding provisional fee for which he will have 24 hours to present any claims if you are not agree with the terms of our classification, weights or fees. PRODUCTS DELIVERY We will delivery all these products in packets or loose form in assortment with our customer and all them could be carried by lorry or container.Products which by their own physical characteristics are difficult to manage or work could be sent according to a previous agreement of the two parts. Our time for loading merchandises is from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 every month in a year except August that we will be closed for summer vacancies. Once the product has been receipt for your company , your staff inspect it emitting a resolution with; quantities, possibly difficulties and classification according to this manual. The time for emission of resolution will be 24 hours from the reception of the merchandising.This will communicated to us with the corresponding provisional fee for which we will have 24 hours to present any claims if we are not agree with the terms of your calssification, weights or fees. DEFININITIONS - Small pieces : Material which will have about 5 Cm. of diameter. - Fine : Material which goes through a 1mm mesh - Small : Material which is not possible to package. - Strangers materials : Any material of metal or non metal which is not specifically followed the rule. - Palet : Wooden structure where you put package material by hydraulic machines one over another with the same quality. The material will be fixed and the maximum weight allowed in each unit will be 1500 Kg. Previous agreement we can accept higher weights. - Package ; It consist of scrap of a same quality baled or compacted by hydraulic machines. shape, size and weight will be : The width and weight of every different package depends on : The material and the power of the hydraulic machine. The weight will always be bellow 50 Kg whatever the material is and managed by one person.
